In order for you to receive the attention you deserve on your path to wellness, please be aware of the Mission, Philosophy, and Policies
To assist you in achieving physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
To educate and empower you to live in optimal wellness. This approach is comprehensive and complements any existing health care program.
Payment for appointment is required at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Flexible Spending Account Cards. We do not accept American Express. Any returned check will incur a $25.00 fee due and payable immediately.
Our office will accept on assignment any Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance that has a chiropractic provision. Payment for co-pay and deductibles are your responsibility. Our office will accept on assignment Medicare for acute chiropractic care only. Medicare does not cover the exam, copayments or treatment for spinal correction, palliative care, or well-being care. Your secondary insurance may cover the co-pays and deductible at the beginning of the year. You are responsible for all deductibles and co-pays not paid. Other insurance companies may have out of network provisions. We will gladly give you any and all receipts for you to submit for insurance reimbursement.
Each appointment is reserved and is dependent upon your attendance. Please provide 24 hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment or by noon of Saturday for Monday appointments. For your convenience we have a 24 hour voicemail system to leave your cancellation message if you are calling outside of business hours. You can also email our office at email@example.com. Individuals who do not call to notify the office will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
Unfortunately, from time to time an email reminder about a scheduled appointment is not automatically sent. We send email appointment reminders as a courtesy for you. We recommend using these reminders as a secondary reminder method only. Once you make an appointment with us, it is officially confirmed and reserved for you. It is expected that your appointment will be kept unless we hear from you.
Marblehead Natural Healing’s policy for late clients is 10 minutes. No patient will be seen by the doctor if they are more than 30 minutes late for their appointment. New patients who are late will still be interviewed by the Doctor but may not receive a treatment that day due to the length of the intake process. Late patients will be charged the full fee for the visit and only receive treatment for the remainder of their scheduled time. Decisions to accommodate a patient who is fewer than 30 minutes late are up to the Doctor.
